Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Technical error preventing card generation or delivery
- Payment charged but card was not created
- Duplicate payment made by mistake
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- Card has been successfully generated and link has been shared
- User error in entering wrong information or uploading wrong images
- Change of mind after card creation
- Card link has been accessed by recipient
3. Cancellation Policy
Before Payment: You can cancel your order anytime before making the payment. Simply close the browser or navigate away from the payment page.
After Payment: Once payment is completed and the card is generated, cancellation is not possible. Please review your card carefully before making payment.
4. Refund Processing Time
If your refund request is approved:
- Refund will be initiated within 2-3 business days of approval
- The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method
- Bank processing time: 5-7 working days from the date of refund initiation
- Total time: 7-10 working days maximum
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:
- Order ID / Transaction ID
- Payment receipt or screenshot
- Detailed reason for refund request

6. Refund Method
All refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction. We do not provide cash refunds or refunds to different payment methods.
7. Shipping Policy
Digital Product Delivery: We provide 100% digital greeting card services. There is no physical shipping involved.
- Minimum Delivery Time: Instant (immediately after payment confirmation)
- Maximum Delivery Time: 5 minutes (in case of technical delays)
- Card link is generated and available for download/sharing immediately
- No courier or physical delivery charges apply
8. Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds. Refunds, when approved, will be for the full transaction amount minus any payment gateway charges (if applicable as per Cashfree's policy).
